Antwerp City Pass
📚 Introduction
Antwerp City Pass is a tourist pass designed to help visitors explore the city of Antwerp, Belgium, more easily and economically. With this pass, holders gain access to major city attractions such as museums, the cathedral, and other tourist sites. Additionally, the City Pass usually includes free use of public transportation for a certain period, such as 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on the type of pass purchased.
👨🏻💻 My Role
I am here as a product designer assisting Ferdinand the Product Manager, who will be designing the website’s interface from the start to the end.
🚨Problem
There is currently no website platform that provides the purchase of cards to assist tourists who are planning to visit the city of Antwerp.
⚽ Goal
Creating the flow and website interface for visitors who want to explore the city of Antwerp.
A design as simple as possible is needed because the visitors range from 17 to 60 years old.
📋 Process
The initial design process was briefed by my friend Ferdinand (PM) to create a simple website interface, and a short deadline was given. Without hesitation, I immediately created the high-fidelity design without going through a long process. At the beginning, I was informed that the age range of visitors was 17-60 years, which meant that a simple design, easy to understand by all age groups, was needed.
User Flow
First, I created an easy-to-understand user flow there are no special requirements for purchasing this pass, only a login is needed.
✅ Final Design
Landing Page
On the initial interface, I was provided with the necessary information, such as the duration of the cards being sold in 3 types: 24h, 48h, and 72h. All have the same type of card, with only the duration being the difference.
